But What is Kettlenetics? 

If you watched the 2 videos above, then you have seen the fun workout that you have with Kettlenetics.

Kettlenetics is build around the Kbell technique. When you swing the kBell, you use practically every muscle in your body for whole-body resistance training and high-speed cardio fat burning.

Unlike the standard workouts with weights, where you have to work each of the individual sets of muscles separately, making an effective workout take 1 hour or sometimes more, Kettlenetics uses synergy to work different areas of your body all at once, making the workout much more effective.

Although Kettlenetics may be fun, you should be prepared to work up a good sweat. I was quite surprised that even 15 minutes after my first workout, my face was still red and was still hot.

If you can do more than 5-10 minutes your first try don't get upset with yourself. Each kettlnetics workout that you do you will be able to progress further and further.

When I did my first workout, I did it without the kbell and still got a good workout.

If you plan on showering directly after your workout, I'd suggest that you wait 10 minutes, then shower as you'll be quite warm for several minutes after your workout.

I Personally Do The Kettlenetics Workout 

You may have seen other web sites which talk about the Kettlenetics workout system but more-than-likely they have never even lifted a kBell or really understand how the Kettlentics system works.

I actually do Kettlenetics. Yes, the not so perfect picture to the right is my system and as shown by the photo below, I have purchased the add on system which includes an 8 pound kBell and also 2 additional DVD's (kb total body blast and kb flow motion dance).

I probably could have written about Kettlenetics without actually purchasing it, but in my case, I enjoy Kettlenetics so much, that I decided to write about it.

When I say enjoy, I don't just mean doing the program itself but enjoying the results that I am seeing and feeling.

When I first had seen Kettlenetics, I thought that it might just be another gimmicky workout system that would either be too hard to follow along with or would be ineffective and wind up in the back of my closet, so I waited a few days and checked around to find out more information.

Even though the Kettlenetics system is not expensive, money is tight and you can return Kettlenetics if you aren't satisfied, I didn't want to go through the hassle of bringing it down to the Post Office or to the UPS store if it didn't work as well as it sounds.

Four pounds for a weight might not sound like much, but when you use it during Kettlenetics you can feel your muscles working hard.

You do get out of breath and you can feel your muscles in the morning and with 6 different workouts in the starter kit your always feeling your workout.

After a few weeks ( about 12 weeks) you may want to move up to the 8 pound kbell (which comes with 2 more workouts).

I purchased the 8 pound Kettlenetics set at the same time as I did the 4 pound set to save time and money and I'm glad I did so that when I was ready to get more advanced, it was all here waiting and I didn't have to go back and order. You may want to do the same thing.

I was also afraid that the introductory prices would end and didn't want to have to pay higher prices.

If your thinking about trying Kettlenetics - go for it. You'll be very pleasantly pleased with both the workout and your results.
