    My mom was great at making learning fun. We collected insects and rocks, grew a garden and experimented with all sorts of crafts and science type things. Great for parents to take an active role in teaching their child outside of school hours.

    thanks for all your encouragements on my lenses. Looks like you know how to have fun with children on this lens. I love the Mr Men books - my daughter is getting the Little Miss set for Christmas!

    Thanks for the fun ideas for children. Love the idea of shaping balloons and the pump will make it so much easier.

    Fathers being deployed overseas would be so hard on the family. Children grow up so quickly and the dads would miss out on so much.

    I read your lens on deployment, that is tough the deployment being changed from 8 months to 8 weeks.

    What an amazing lens you have here. There are so many great things to do with kids, and it is so important when kids are learning to play games to aid development. It is surprising how beneficial games really are... even to adults, shame we stopped playing games... it's the best way to learn by experiencing things hands on!

    Look forward to seeing more lenses!

    Playdough is a great activity for kids and helps build their world of imagination.
