WHAT IS A LOW FAT DIET PLAN?
It's essentially to reduce the intake of most of the "fat" from foods. Low fat diet systems are all over around us but the truth is that you don't need to cut all fat food from your regular diet. What you need to do is start consuming "good fat" because once you fully understand how your body works and what it needs then you must forget about a low fat diet system and follow the right diet plan. But what is a "right diet plan"? To me, it's a plan that has a structure, support, logic and it's proven that has everything you need to feel great.
LOW FAT DIET AND AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION
Since 2000, the American Heart Association (AHA) has been recommending NOT a low-fat diet, but one that is low in Saturated fats and Trans fatty acids.People with metabolic syndrome are glucose-intolerant, meaning they can't process blood sugar well. Low-fat diets exacerbate this condition. To be diagnosed with metabolic syndrome, you must have three or more of the following risk factors for heart disease:
1. Belly fat.
2. High triglycerides.
3. Low good cholesterol.
4. High blood sugar.
5. High blood pressure.
