She is a beautiful symbol of our country and holds such meaning for us. I also find the story behind the Statue of Liberty extremely interesting. My son and I both enjoy learning more about her history and importance to Americans.

~ There are 354 steps inside the statue and its pedestal

~ The jewels beneath the seven rays of the diadem are actually windows
