Numerous studies have proven again and again that laughing every day is very beneficial for your overall health.
Over-Seriousness is one of the main modern dis-eases and being able to laugh at things is a quick route to help 'get some perspective.'
Laughter releases the 'En-Dolphins' and you can imagine them now swimming around your nerual networks helping light up creative solutions.
There is a growing number of people harnesing the beneficial effects of laughter and humour with practices such as: laughter therapy, humour therapy, laughter yoga, laughter psychology, laughter medicine...
With this Lens I want to share with you some tips, tricks and techniques I've learned to simply and effectively utilise laughter for creating quick personal change.
One of my favourite ideas for personal change comes from Dr. Richard Bandler who states, "People say, 'One day you'll be able to look back at this and laugh,' my policy is why wait?!"

A laugh track, laughter soundtrack, laughter track, LFN (laughter from nowhere), canned laughter or a laughing audience is a separate soundtrack invented by Charles "Charley" Douglass, with the artificial sound of audience laughter, made to be inserted into TV comedy shows and sitcoms.
