- I have used Windsor Pilates 3 DVD Workout on and off for years and you will feel your body getting stronger after just 1 week of doing the 20 minute exercise 3 x a week. I notice myself slouching less and after 3 weeks I notice every muscle toning up. It's an awesome way to tone without spending a lot of time exercising or going to the gym lifting weights.

- I am 15 years old and I had 2 spinal surveys in the same year! It has not been good on my body. I used to be woo skinny and my sister was the chunky one. But one summer, true summer after me 2 nd surgery I gained wrought and my sister lost it! I was jelous lil so I tried spool many things to loose my belly fat, nothing works, so I am desperately hoping Pilate's works for me!!!!!!!!!!!

- I have done pilates before, they can dafinitely kick your but, lol!
I really should get back to the pilate routine, it really does work for a leaner body.

- I do Pilates and Chi Ball Pilates. They are enjoyable and useful.
Not heard of Winsor Pilates before -I'm going to show your info to my teacher. Must try using the Exercise Ball too.

I have heard of Pilates...I heard it's supposed to be good for horseriders. I've never tried it though but I think I should! Great lens!
