You are already stretched for cash and if you are already separated, you are paying for 2 residences. The entire divorce, when all said and done, will cost thousands, possibly tens of thousands of dollars. Finances

You're broke, or darn near close to it because your household debt has gone sky high. As a result you argue with each other and/or turn to passive aggressive behaviors. Communication breaks down. Your marriage is falling apart. Right?

Actually, your financial outlook is terrible. Why? One or both of you is spending more money than you bring in. Do you think your finances will improve drastically once you get a divorce? Not likely. Don't be fooled into thinking you will be much happier paying for debt by yourself as opposed to paying debt together.

The Passion Is Gone!

You've Grown Apart

Growing to like different things over time does not necessarily mean that you have grown apart. It means you like different things and do them separately. This is a strength, not a weakness. Does your spouse know what ticks you off and "push your buttons" to aggravate you? Guess what?
