Leukic Review - An Honest Review

 

LEUKIC is the first 100 percent anabolic compound that turns on the body's natural muscle anabolism. This will put the body in muscle building state which will make a great, rock-hard body attainable.

In this state, LEUKIC shuts off muscle catabolism and protein breakdown which tend to make a body lose it's muscle. This supplement can make pure muscle without any of the side effects that come with other anabolic supplements. These side effects include acne, temporary gains, or gynecomastia, otherwise known as 'man boobs.'

It is typed chemically as L-leucine-ketoisocaproic acid calcium. The supplement has a chain of amino acids that work to repair muscles, regulate blood sugar, burn fat, and give the body energy. It also raises the hormone level and protects from injury during exercise. Leucine is known as an essential acid and is not made naturally.

The kick or 'KIC' in leucine is the alpha-ketoisocaproic acid calcium which has the anti-catabolic effects and can prevent muscle loss.

According to a peer reviewed journal abstract concerning Leucine and LEUKIC, "The present study was designed to determine post exercise muscle Protein synthesis and whole body protein balance following the combined ingestion of carbohydrate with or without Protein and/or free leucine. Eight male subjects were randomly assigned to three trials in which they consumed drinks containing either carbohydrate (CHO), carbohydrate and Protein (CHO+PRO), or carbohydrate, Protein, and free leucine (CHO+PRO+Leu) following 45 min of resistance exercise. "

The study went on to say that the branched chain of amino acids or BCAA make up one-third of Protein. Leucine provides stimulation for Protein and is related to the release of gluconeogenic precursors like alanine from the muscle.

When taking LEUKIC, read the label carefully and follow the direction. It will usually call for one serving or 6 caplets when first getting up in the morning. On activity days, it is recommended to take the supplement before the workout. For greater results, it's advised to take one serving in the morning and one in the evening. Be sure to drink 10 eight oz glasses of water a day for good health.
