Fabulous lens! Some of these I have made and love, the rest are now copied and added to my recipe file to try. I love hot and spicy! The world has such wonderful cuisines and flavors it's always difficult to decide which countries food I like the best.

I love all things chilli - almost an addiction. I saw the Dragons Den programme and thought Levi Roots was marvellous. His presentation was just such fun. I'm glad his products are now in the shops and I'll look out for them. Living in London, we get such a variety of chili products - Chinese (Wing Yip prawn chili oil is so good that I eat it by the spoonful) and sweet chili sauce and chili oil, West Indian Encona chili sauce used to be my favourite, then I discovered South African Nando, and there is a lovely Bulgarian hot paprika paste which is good in stews. I should do my own lens about it, shouldn't I?
Best wishes, and thanks for a great read - Diana

What an excellent lens. Squid Angel Blessings to you! I wish we could get iPlayer here in the US. I would be willing to pay a high price for it but due to BBC regulations it just isn't possible.

Oh, um! I don't like Reggae Reggae Sauce. Aaaaagh, it is just to hot and spicy for me.

I so admire Levi Roots though. Wow! to achieve what he has is just fantastic..........hats off to the guy.

Having said that I mixed some mayo with the Reggae Reggae Sauce tonight and it was deeeeelicious. Thanks for that one!
