Finding Your Right Size Bra
Step 1: Band SizePlace a tape measure under your arms, high on your back and across the top of your chest.
If you are wearing a bra while you measure ( and you should) this location is usually where your bra strap starts on your bra, right above the top of the cups.
If this measurement is an even number, this is your band size. If an odd number, add 1" to determine your band size.
Be sure to hold the tape measure firmly but don't pull it tightly.
Choosing The Right Bra Cup Size
Step 2: Determining Your Cup SizeYou will now be placing the tape measure loosely around the fullest part of your bust ( to get the most accurate measurement wear your favorite bra while measuring but don't wear a minimizing bra or a bra that is padded. If you do you will need to adjust your measurements).
Next, subtract the band measurement in step 1 from your bust measurement in step two. Each inch will represent a cup size.
For example: if your band measurement is 32" and your bust measurement is 34", the difference between these measurements is two inches, and you would wear a B-cup bra.
