Employees not showing on LinkedIn Company Page?
Help me! I created our Company page but I'm not showing up as an employee.
In order for your LinkedIn profiles to be LinkedIn with the Company Listing you must go an edit your profile. Follow these steps to update your profile.
- Login into your LinkedIn account.
- Click on 'Edit My Profile' link in the left hand column of the page.
- Find the 'Edit' link next to your 'Current' employment you wish to edit.
- Click 'Edit' and then click on 'Change Company' erase the name completely from this field.
- Then slowly start typing in your company into the same field. As you do this a drop down type-ahead list of companies on LinkedIn should appear.
- Choose your company from the drop down be selecting it with your mouse.
- Then click 'Update'.
Once this is done you will appear on the LinkedIn Company Listing
When adding or editing a position on their LinkedIn Profile, members specify the company where they worked. If they select a company from the type-ahead list of companies, then the position they add or edit is automatically associated with the Company Page of the company they select.
While selecting a company from the type-ahead list is enough for them to appear on the Company Page, LinkedIn still require the member to have a confirmed company email address before they can edit the Company Page information.
Removing People From Company Page
How do I remove people who don't belong on my Company Page?
If someone appears on your Company Profile landing page that does not or has not worked at your company, submit to LinkedIn customer service at http://help.linkedin.com/app/ask/subject/Remove+from+Company+Profile
Send LinkedIn the following information:
1. A screenshot of your Company Page landing page displaying the person's name.
2. The full name of the person to be removed.
3. The reason for removal (e.g. "never worked at this company" or "no longer works at this company").
LinkedIn will review your information and then take appropriate actions based on their findings.

- Why don't my company's telephone numbers appear on its profile? They are there when I edit the page and then LinkedIn reduces the amount of info I have included when publishing the page. Is this normal?

- Hi Fran. Company phone numbers are not published on the LinkedIn company pages. Suggest adding it to your business description if you want that information accessible to visitors. The most important piece to the company page is the link back to your website where visitors will find this information.

- Does anyone know how to modify a product or service on a company page once it has been created? As far as I can work out, you can define new ones, but if you make a typo and save one, there is no way back to edit or delete.

- Hi Mark. Click on the product or service you want to edit. On the right hand side of the screen should be a drop down tab called 'Admin tools' click on this and choose edit. This will take you to the area to edit this specific product or service.
