Protein Rich Foods | Use Amino Acids To Lose Weight 

Eating protein is very important for your health as it is one of the basic nutrients which your body needs.

But protein has other benefits. One of them is that it causes the body to burn more calories in the digestive process. The reason is that the human body finds it difficult to digest amino acids (which comprise protein) and so requires a lot of calories.

Here are some sources of fat burnining protein:

  • Cod

  • Flounder

  • Trout

  • Crabs

  • Lobster

  • Egg whites


Here are more sources of healthy, lean protein:

  • Turkey

  • chicken breast

  • low fat cheese

  • Bison/buffalo

  • Ostrich steak

Dairy Products - Burn More Pounds By Eating Dairy 

While dairy products don't burn fat in themselves, they do have another benefit.

A research which was done in Europe found that people who incorporate dairy products in their diet excrete more fat in their feces than people who don't eat enough dairy.

How much can you lose? It's different from one person to the next, but it's possible to excrete more than 3 pounds of fat each year. This may not seem much, but 3 pounds of fat on your body will not help your appearance or health, trust me.

Of course, stick to low fat dairy food items like skim milk, low fat cheese, and low fat yogurts.

Make sure to not overeat dairy products. Eating too much is unhealthy.

Fruit And Vegetables - Negative Calorie Foods 

Certain fruit and vegetables are caloric negative which mean that they contain very little calories and are hard for the body to digest so you burn more calories by eating them than the calories they contain.

This means that you create a calorie deficit which aids the weight loss process. Of course, you can't eat fruit and vegetables alone, but incorporating them into your diet can help to lose weight faster.

Chili and Spicy Food 

Certain spicy foods, and especially chili can create a brief increase in your metabolic rate and help you burn a little more calories.

This increase will not result in a major calorie burning, but each little things counts.

Chili has been researched and shown to do this. Other spicy foods are supposedly similar, but I have not seen research which substantiates this.

Drinking Water To Lose Weight - Colder Is Thinner 

Drinking 8-10 glasses of water each day is recommended whether you're trying to lose weight or not.

Drinking it cold, however, will result in more burned calories. The reason is that our body needs to warm the cold water we drink to body temperature and uses calories to do this.

How much more calories? Some experts claim it can be over 100 calories a day extra. Not bad for drinking water.

Final Note 

Fat Burning Foods do not constitute your entire diet. Make sure to maintain a stable and reasonable diet and to exercise regularly.

Use these foods to help the weight loss process, not to be the only thing which triggers it.

I don't want to fail my goal, I want to achieve it by doing drug free. I don't want to take medications just to loose weight, I want to be able to be healthy and always have the mood to exercise but it always failed. I want to be addicted to it but it only work the first 3 days then I stop. What can I doo? I want to challenge myself, but how can I fallow your steps when I try so many other people's steps? I do motivate myself but I can't because there is no one to do that for me. Thanks though, I will try to do your step. You do have pretty nice steps. Thanks :D

Hi Shelbey, Don't put yourself down even if you have a problem with food. It's something natural which a lot of people experience. If you need to lose weight start today. Don't wait.
