The intuition experience
It's not very mystical
Intuition is nothing more than listening to the world around you. Awareness is key here, to know what is going on around you at all times. Of course, your logical mind always comes into play here, trying to reason things out. But, when you have a gut feeling about something, you're never wrong. Society has often times tried to down play the role of intuition in people's lives just so that they can still have power over the people but, the truth about intuition is that it is based on an individual; person by person basis. Now, if you just imagine how many people there are in the world; then, you will know how big this thing really is. If people let go of their egos and just live life, everything would be fine but, we still do have to deal with the ego.
An example of how I go about developing intuition
If I am sitting in the park, I start off by sitting totally still and motionless. I notice the sounds around me; the birds singing, the people talking, the kids playing. I also notice the sensations coming in from my five senses; see, hear, touch, taste, smell. A lot of times getting to that place within yourself involves being in touch with the world around you, in the moment. With no worries of past or future.

From my experience, I would advise anyone to always have a pen or pencil handy when doing this because ideas will come to you and you will want to write them down on a pad of paper; so that you can remember them later.

This is a super lens. The intuition is never wrong, if you make a habit of following it you will be a happy person. You won't be playing the "what if" game that so many people play their entire life. That small, still voice is inherently perfect so it never is wrong.

This is a great lens!! I ALWAYS listen to my intuition! I remember Oprah (I know...) saying that intuition is our nature response & in the wild would keep us out of danger. People don't always listen to their intuition though & it gets them into trouble. I mostly listen to my intuition with my kids & doing what's right for them. It has always, always worked. I think us EXTRA sensitive types are also more receptive to our intuition. 5 stars.
