    I wasn't really aware of the 10 items on your list, but it turns out my husband and I are doing all of them! Who knew?! But there's always room for improvement, so I will go through your healthy-foods list and add some in that we aren't currently eating. Thanks for all the great tips! Wonderful lens!

    Nice Article. For me, I pay attention to what I am consuming. I tend to consume more vegetables, fruits compared to meat (especially one slab of red meat, such as steak). I am doing yoga and meditation to lower the stress level. I also look for ways to do exercise, such as swimming, yoga, climbing up the stairs. Lastly, I release my need to be perfect. I allow various imperfections in my life to happen and try as much as I could not to be flustered by them.
