- Many years ago - while a was a student - I went to the doctor who told me my liver wasn't well. I got scared because i know how crucial this organ is. Well, the cure I prescribed me was detoxification; stay out of alcohol, valium and fat food. Even after a month I started to see results and after 3 to 4 month my liver was good as new. - All that you have mentioned above are so true. Most people forget that protecting the liver means protecting the whole body from harmful toxins. It is probably the most underrated organ since we usually hear about the heart and the lungs. Well, it's not called a LIVEr for nothing.
