How I began my journey to live naturally

So you want to unplug, recharge, get connected to nature? Get away from all those toxic chemicals and the endless rounds of buying mass-market products, then buying products to deal with the problems those products cause? Longing for the simpler life? Or have you developed chemical sensitivities? Regardless of your reasons for wanting to live more naturally, I've tried to collect a number of resources for you to be able to realize your dream of living without all the toxins and chemicals. Whether your interest is slow food, organic products, doing things yourself, or something more, I hope you'll find something here to make the process a little easier.

I developed multiple chemical sensitivities a couple of decades ago. I was allergic to my apartment, my clothing, my cosmetics, even my shoes! I developed rashes from everything I touched. Now, although I've had to make numerous adaptations to my environment, it's definitely been worth the struggle. Dive in, and let's get going!
