Thailand with Jenifer

We where do I start
Thailand is a great place to live but
It is called the land of smiles and yes it is Beware there some people out there to take your money of you if you let them
Now hang on a sec its not all bad More than likely not as bad as your own country
it just when people travel it get more exposure
It like the old saying oh yeah Thai girls just marry you for your money & some do But many do in your own countries too

OK we just got back from a trip to Korat we went down there for a day and a half looking at houses new ones & gathered up many pamphlets Wow there is a huge amount of new houses being built there No recession there eh

Some very expensive houses too some up as high as 30,000,000 thb about 1 mil $ Au
But with houses here in Thailand you get a lot of house for that I would say compared to Perth Australia 4 times the value
So the 30 mil thb House is the same as a 4 million dollar house in Perth

We stayed a the Thai Hotel in Korat 510 thb a night this did not include Breakfast though So for $16.62 cents
we had a very good room clean and tidy 1 double bed and a single for our daughter Jenifer Not bad eh This is fairly normal for Thailand Though

Our trip there and back used a tank of fuel 200 km down & 200 up plus driving around We have a Toyota Vios Good little car its a Yaris basicly I think, So we used about 1000 thb this is about $32 Au

Fuel is quite cheap here to there isn't as much tax on it here as most counties The the big price rise happened a last year the Thai Government lowered the tax so the Thai Farmers could still afford to by it

A good trip really all though Jenifer was sick in the car on the way home
