Don't get me wrong... Any time you're arrested, for anything, you could be in "serious trouble." However, in your situation, you made your threat conditional on getting paid. In addition, you made it clear that this threat was not immediate. Based on these facts, you have a good defense to this charge. But beware... such comments can result in a civil harassment restraining order!
