This is my First health article, and I will share you how to lose weight in healthy way.I will tell step by step how to make a healthy meal plan for the healthy weight loss! Healthy weight loss means you will lose weight for the long term result and it will be really great for you. You also can still eat your favorite food but in proper way :)

Weight loss is not an easy thing to do. Let's get that clear right from the start. You probably know about this already if you have tried losing weight before, and things didn't turn out quite the way you had hoped. Losing those unwanted pounds require dedication, motivation, and perseverance and if you think that you can do those things, then you're already well on your way to winning the battle against the bulge.

Fortunately, losing weight is not about jumping head first into strict and grueling exercise regimens coupled with drastic changes in your diet. Going down to this route will surely leave you out of breath, demotivated, and at a greater risk for injury. Your body likes gradual changes, and that goes for exercise and the food you eat.

Use these things to motivate you, instead of treating them as the enemy, because they're not.

Once your body has gotten a bit used to these little changes, you can a higher notch by making more changes on your diet. Add more lean and white meats to your diet, and go for food prepared the right way. That means less butter on your chicken and less of the creamy entrees and condiments.

A great way to prevent you from gorging over lunch is to start with a soup or salad. They're low in calories, very healthy, and can make you feel full even before the main course has arrived.
