How to lose weight fast?
For those struggling to find the best ways to lose weight fast, one of the questions that often comes up is whether you are supposed to eat at certain times of the day even if you are not hungry.
Eating by the clock whether you are hungry or not is a great way to gain weight.
It's also an unhealthy routine to get stuck in. And it's how the majority of people handle their day-to-day eating.
Why? Because it makes things a lot easier. If everyone else is sitting down to dinner, it's not that easy to say I'm not hungry yet so I'll eat later.
But that's exactly what you should do! If noon arrives and your family says it's time for lunch, eat if you are truly hungry. However, if you find that you are not hungry, go ahead and pass on eating. Your body will tell you when you truly need food. On the other hand, if dinnertime is 2 hours away and you're starving, don't torture yourself. Eat something right then.

Even if it is midnight and I find myself truly hungry I eat something. The key is not to eat any unhealthy foods.
Also, be sure to ask yourself if you are really hungry or if you are just bored. I've noticed that as soon as I sit down to watch TV, I immediately look for a snack. Because I'm hungry? Not really. More likely just a habit. In that case I just get a bottle of water and sip it.
