Hi, I'm Steve Gaidi. Allow me to introduce myself and this lens.
You must have heard people tell you anyone can grow muscles, be toned, be fit; they're right. I'm living proof.
I'm not a professional bodybuilder; I lead a rich and full life outside the gym. I'm in the high-tech industry for a living, so the time I have for exercise is limited, and I don't spend time in the gym as much as a pro bodybuilder would; Know what? Even if I did have the excess time, I wouldn't spend more time at the gym.
Three times a week, if I have the time - if I have other important things to do, even less than that - and an hour tops at the gym each time. That's where I draw the line.
I weighed 130 pounds when I started out; over 5'11", I'd say that's pretty skinny, wouldn't you? Skin and bones. But with the help of some basic, efficient exercise routines, and nutrition to match, I am about 180 pounds today, without adding fat at all; my body fat is about 10%. 50 pounds of lean muscle added.
If I've done it, anybody can. This means you too. you're not any lesser than me or anybody else. And you can do that without having your time wasted, just like I did and still do.
I have made my achievement by trial and error, testing and refining training programs as I went along and taking what was good for me. You can do that too.

At first glance, Truth About Abs appears to be an outsider in this review. Isn't it an abs-specific program? Well, it's true to a degree. The main purpose of Truth About Abs, by its own proclamation, is for you to get 6-pack abs.
So why is it here anyway? Because of the way Truth About Abs aims to achieve its goal. Truth About Abs doesn't go down the path many trainers and trainees do, just doing sit-up and monotonous cardio from here to kingdom come. Instead, Mike Geary aims to achieve a flat stomach by implementing a highly effective complete body workout,that works better than commonly known specific abs exercises. That's why it deserves to be in this list. And if you want to concentrate more on your abs, Truth About Abs may actually have an edge over the other programs.
In addition to the illustrated exercise routines, Mike Geary's Truth About Abs ebook contains meal plans, many useful nutrition and metabolism tips, and much more.

So which one is right for you?
Honestly, I can't give you a straight answer to that. Remember, every human being is unique, and so are you; That means that in order to succeed, you should try each method over time. Since they are all very effective and make it a point not to waste your time, it shouldn't be a problem to try them all.
Your individual key to muscle growth and getting the firm body you seek may not be fully enclosed in one single training program; you'll find your own personal way through trial and error, like I did, eventually taking some of this method and some of that. Each of us has his or her own way, and by trying and seeing which parts of each program work for you - you will surely find yours.

Remember, there's no magic here; there is no magic pill or magic potion when it comes to exercise and muscle building, even on an amateur level. You don't grow muscles by sitting on a couch watching TV; anyone who promises you that misleads you.
None of the programs I review here promise that - None of them will work without your cooperation. It's you who has to walk the last mile, the mile of discipline, determination, perseverance, and will.
