First though, what the heck is cellulite?

Basically, it's just one of those disgusting little things that our bodies do just to bug the heck out of us I guess. But, I don't think that's the answer you're looking for.

Cellulite is essentially fat tissue that decides to pack itself just below the surface of your skin. This layer of skin has thick bands of tissue connecting it that contain loads of fat cells, which are also surrounded by a liquid that nourishes your skin and provides an nice waste system.

In a perfect world, this waste would be removed, but, since the toxins are trapped in the skin, the connective tissue thickens even more so and gives the dimpling effect of cellulite.

To lose cellulite is not an easy task, and sometimes cannot be accomplished at all without some kind of expensive and invasive surgery.

But, most times you can lose cellulite by some simple lifestyle changes that you would be wise to begin immediately.
