Some sources of fiber are, whole grains, beans, most vegetables. Because most vegetables are also low in calories and high in nutrients, they are especially good for helping you trim that gut!

17. LEARN WHAT IT FEELS LIKE TO BE FULL 

Think about this. You have a fat belly because you consume more calories than you expend, right? Most people don't know how to tell when they are full so they just keep on eating.

Then take off the blind fold and see how much food you have left on your plate. You'll be surprised at how much is still there and yet you feel full.

I've done it and it works. I eat less now that I've learned to recognize when my body is telling me to stop eating.

24. DO THE "TWIST" WITH YOUR CRUNCHES 

When you do your crunches add a twist to them. This helps to target the oblique muscles that run diagonally along your sides. Strong obliques are important to a tight core and strong abs.

To add the twist, all you do is start in the sme position as a regular crunch. As you come off the floor, twist your torso to the opposite side, bringing your left shoulder toward your right knee. Hole for a count of 2. Do the same on the other side. Be careful and don't pull on your neck.

Peole tell me I look good for my age and I'm very proud of being 59. I've been mistaken for being 27 recently. Wow! I'll take that mistake any day.

Now part of why I look like this is hereditary. I can't help that my parents looked young or that my sisters also younger than they are.

What I can say is that hereditary is only part of the story. It's your lifestyle and how you eat and supplement your nutrition that completes this story. You can have the best genes in the world and if you eat poorly and live a hard lifestyle, you'll look like you got hit by a mack truck.

I can say that truthfully because I wasn't always mistaken for a 27 year old...not even when I was 27. I started looking old really young. In fact I have a sister who is 12 years older than me and people thought she was younger than me. Talk about being embarassed.
