- Hi, i'm just 14 but i want to tone up my thighs, i did gymnastics for 8 years then quit a year ago and after that i've gained some weight. The area of my body that concerns me the most is my thighs. I eat pretty healthy, since i'm a vegetarian so my diet is regular. When i recently did track my thigh got even bigger, my diet was still regular though. I would like to know what's the best way to make my thighs smaller in this kind of a situation.

- Try hatha yoga. Yoga stretches lengthen and strengthen the muscles...noticeably in the thighs and calves creating long lean muscles.
