There are many different medications with huge claims of lowering cholesterol ratio in our body. But like any other medication, it must have side effects and even it could be worst for our body. Natural way to lower cholesterol is much better and it simply means lifestyle and changes diets. Healthy lifestyle and healthy diet are the natural way to reducing your cholesterol.

Workout could burns calories and as the calories burnt out, the cholesterol in your body is also reduced. There are many workout plans to reduce cholesterol and you can choose the most suitable one with you. Healthy lifestyle with lots of workouts will help you get a better cholesterol ration.     OMG, my dear! My cholesterol has been through the roof for the past few years. In the next several months, I will be working seriously to see if I can bring it down. Ah, and then that would surely impress my doctor and stop all those blood tests.
