Lucid Dream Induction!!
Lucid dreaming is the ability to consciously direct and control your dreams. It changes your inner dream world into a living alternate reality - where everything you see, hear, feel, taste and even smell even better in real life! The great wonder regarding Lucid Dreaming is that when you identify you're in a hallucination or a dream, you can alter or make whatever you like in the dream. By becoming conscious and working out your determination to wish, you get to understand just what you desire to practice!

I flew the other night, that's right, I flew! I was with some people in New York City, that I really didn't know all that well, and they were all getting on my nerves. So lifted my body up and flew above a palm tree and decided to go to Central Park. It was dark and I could not see that well, but it was cool for a while. I could feel the breeze as I was soaring in the air, but once I knew I was dreaming I woke up!! Man, it felt so real. I have been having a lot of dreams like that over the years, where I knew that I was dreaming and I seemed to be able to control the dream (for the most part). That was the first time I flew and in the excitement I woke up!! I am the Master of my dreams and don't know why. So I started asking other people if they could do this and they looked at me like I was crazy. Then I started reading about astral projections and lucid dreaming!Click Here for more Lucid Dreaming information!
Try to concentrate on the lucidity of your dreams. You should be able to maneuver around. It is your own mind that you are inside, after all. You may be able to guide the dream, practice makes perfect. I have done this hundreds of times, but I dream vividly (without any drugs and alcohol, thank you) and can often shape my dreams. One thing that you can do is try to visualize a picturesque landscape before you sleep, picture your self there doing whatever it is you wish to do, and it should come to you in time. Happy dreaming, it's a beautiful place.
If you could control your dreams, what would you do? Grow wings and fly, talk to God, travel to ancient Rome, score the game winning goal (I have done that one), or talk to Patrick Swayze? Instead, we dream of showing up naked at work or falling or getting lost. But there's one type that offers the promise of control; It's lucid dreaming. I have been studying for the last 4 or 5 years or so and here are some tips. Lucid dreaming, like anything else, takes practice. I've done it plenty of times since 2005. All you have to do is realize that you are in a dream and not wake up (that second step is hardest)and then start controlling things. Enjoy the adventures. I will be back, with more tips for you, later.

Astral Projection
Astral projection and astral traveling are the names given for the esoteric art of being able to project the subtle body / spirit / dream body / astral counterpart, outside the physical body and travel in that vehicle to other realms of existence. It's awesome being in another realm, it is something everyone should experience, and why so many people meditate today. You can also do this while you sleep. Try this...
Relax your body. This is important. If you are hesitant, scared, or reluctant it will not work. Nothing is going to happen to your body while you are out (and no, You won't die), so the key is to so relax. You must relax physically and mentally. A long hot bath, a little wine (not too much), or a nap will help relax the body. Then begin to relax the mind. Focus, visualize on something very uncomplicated. For instance, an empty room, a solid colored chair, darkness or whatever you can visualize and concentrate on to relax your mind.
You know that feeling you get when you are about the fall asleep? You are still aware, but you know it is merely seconds before you are off to dream land? That is what you want to accomplish. Get to this state%u2026and just getting to this state and still being aware enough to do what you need to do will take practice for beginners so%u2026don't get frustrated. Remember that thing you were concentrating on? The room, chair, whatever. Eventually, after you have reached this state, other objects will start coming into the picture. Colors, animals, balloons, etc. Let them come in and just watch them. So do not try to communicate with them or fear them, just watch in silence. Just keep practicing, it may take days, weeks, maybe even months.
