The cushion lets you sink in slightly, but gives excellent support, like a good pillowtop mattress. And unlike a lot of other memory foam products it doesn't get crushed quickly. I've used mine 5 days a week for 7 months now and the foam is just like it was brand new.
Its also great for long or short distance drives - certainly helps with any back pain I have experienced.
