M3DSreal, great for playing game ROMs, music and movies
A few weeks ago I bought a little gadget called M3DSreal to use with the great Nintendo DS.
M3 DS Real is cartridge that fits into the slot where you games normally plug in to your Nintendo DS. It is used for those who want to download homemade games, play game ROMs like Pokemon Diamond, watch movies and listen music MP3s. You can even have game cheats like extra lives etc.!
What a great little gadget this is. There are a few makes of these ROM cartridge players and they all do a similar job but not quite the same or as good, R4DS and CycloDS are a couple of them. The ACEcard is very good as well.

The build quality of the M3 DS real (M3DSreal) is really good. The small clips hold the two sides together really well, and the M3DSreal feels very solid and it doesn't bend at all.Unlike real Nintendo games, there aren't the plastic dividers between the contacts on the bottom of the card, but this doesn't cause any problems at all. All in all, the build quality of the M3DSReal is fantastic.

M3Dsreal uses microSD memory cards
so you have unlimited storage - store every DS game
The M3 DS Real can use either standard microSD (thats what I use) cards and microSDHC cards. Standard microSD cards go to 2GB in size and the newer microSDHC cards can go to 32GB but at the moment you can only buy 8GB.
You can buy these memory cards cheap from Amazon or local electronic stores.
I use a Kingston 2GB card and it has plenty of storage for me. With the M3DS real , I put all of my sons DS games (at least a dozen) on it plus a few movies and a CD full of music - now he has all of this on one cartridge rather than having to carry around multiple game cartridges that could be lost easily.
The M3 DSreal can have PDA functions, if you want, to store phone numbers, have a calculator. as well as and ebook reader . I use the ebook reader to read game walkthroughs to help me get through some (I need help with games).

- when i bought mine, it didnt bring the usb thing. it brought sumtin called the T-Flash mini reader and i have no clue what to do. it has no place to connect into the computer. plzz help.

- mine doesn't work full-stop,
It say, "An error has occured. Press and hold the POWER Button to turn the system off. Please refer to the Nintendo DSi Operations Manual for details."
Does anyone know how to get it working?

- i put every singl cheat for pokemon diamnd and the 1 that says all pokemon cheat 2 and their was nothing in my pc exept it showd i got all the pokemon in the pokedex and the 999x stone cheat and everything that goes in my bag wasnt thear nothing exept 999x quick claw and all the tms and hms in my bag was thear,the only 1s that work r walk throgh walls shiny pokemon all tms and hms and thats it

- inside the m3 ds real card is a sd memory card its the black thing on the top, just push it and it just pops out then in side ur pakage there should be a usb like thing and has an opening on the end(the other side of the metal part)there u just put the sd card in and after u put the usb like thing into a computer port and then u go to "my computer" and open the sd card files(if u have a mac u can open it on the desktop) then u put ur downloaded games in the "games" folder.

- You can download games at http://www.romulation.net/
If you didnt get the disk you can download the newest firmwire at handheldsources, but remember if you bought it in japan you can change it to english or any other language.
To play games make a folder called NDS for nintendo ds and GBA for gameboy advance games. Hope it helps!

- you can get the latest working software for the m3 real at: http://www.handheldsources.com/M3DS/Download_M3DSR.html download the system software, it will come in .rar format so you will need to extract it using winrar,7-zip or winzip. if you don't have a program like this look up winrar in google and get the free trial. after you have extracted the file (it should be a folder that says SYSTEM) place it on your micro sd card and then you are ready. your m3 real is a very cool device that can play NES, SNES, SEGA, GAME GEAR, GAME BOY, GAME BOY COLOR, GBA, AND NDS ROMS!!! It can also play movies, music, view pictures and has a palm pilot that has a number of great features!!! i suggest you do as much research as possible to learn how to unlock the awsome potential of your m3ds real for more info check out this page: http://www.iso420.org/nds/m3real/index.html
