The closet airport to Parris Island, SC is at Hilton Head Island, SC however the tickets are going to be a little pricy. You can save around half the cost if you fly into Savannah International Airport in Savannah, Georgia. Yes, it is in a different state but the drive is fairly short, taking just under an hour to arrive at Parris Island.
