Getting to Know Your P.P.

Policies and Procedures are real law binding contracts that people are required to sign, either by pen, or electronically, when they are sign up with a network marketing company.

The problem is that the majority of people either haven't read them or didn't understand them.

Mentoring for Free provides anyone, with any MLM company with free network marketing skills. Our moto is "Learn HOW to Think, Not What to Think".

You can get started today by reading this free ebook.

What Are You Talking About My P.P.?

P.P. Stands for Policies and Procedures

Policies and Procedures, Terms of Service, Consultant Agreement, and Independent Sales Rep Contract are a few of the names MLM companies call the legal binding contract they require you to put your signature on to become a member of their company.

Does this look familiar to you?
"I have read, understand and agree to the Terms of Agreement, the Policies and Procedures, and the Compensation Plan."

How many of people read the contract through?
Not too many.

It wasn't all that long ago that we would have been warned not to sign a contract unless you have had a lawyer read it first and explain it to us in layman's terms. Then you would have a clear understanding to decide to either sign it or discard the contract.

Now we have websites that make it sound like everything in the contract is just as much for your benefit if not more, as it is for the company who is requiring you to sign it in the first place. They want you to think that are just a simple formality. Think again.

Mentoring for Free gives a complete picture to know what to look for to protect yourself. Read this free ebook and learn more today.

Did You Read Your Policies and Procedures?

Don't be shy. Let others know that they weren't the only ones who didn't read their P.P.s.

Story Time

How would your feel if you were him?

Todd was a construction worker, and even though he loved his job, his body was starting to show the effects of years of labor.

Todd's best friend, Tom, told him about a MLM company he joined. Todd being the "big picture" type of guy, joined Tom that very day.

Things went great for Todd. In just a few short years, he and his wife were able to quit their full time jobs and build their home business full time. They were so happy to be living a life that was more than they hope.

Then one day, all the happiness and success came to a screeching halt.

Todd found in his mail box a letter with the company logo. Inside he found the devastating news that his membership with the company had been terminated. No reason, no apologizes, just terminated.

Todd and his wife were so upset and understandably so. They spent years building a fanastic organization of honest, hard working people. They helped the company train people and gave seminars. They gave everything they had to this company.

They took all of their documents to a lawyer to find out what they could do to stop the company from dropping their membership.

The lawyer sat reading through the company's Policies and Procedures that Todd had signed upon sign up. He laid the papers back down on his desk, took out a red marker and circled this clause before passing it to Todd.

AGREEMENT TERMINABLE AT WILL
You may terminate your relationship with [company] at any time by providing a signed written notice to [company]. [Company] may also terminate the relationship with you (including any partnerships, corporations or other entity) at any time by providing written notice. You or [company] are not required to have any reason, nor do you or [company] have to claim or prove any cause to terminate this relationship. If and when the relationship is terminated, you shall have no claim against [company] nor any right to claim or collect lost profits, lost opportunities or any other damages. Termination will result in the loss of all benefits as an [company] Independent Consultant.

There wasn't a thing they could do about it. The loyalty and dedication they showed the company was not reciprocating.

Please, read your Policies and Procedures, don't become another victim of heartless companies. You deserve more than that.

This free ebook will help get you on the right road to learning the skills and knowledge you need to be a complete success.

Once You Sign You Have No Excuse

You sign it, You abide by it

Policies and Procedures are contracts that you agree to abide by, whatever they stipulate.

You had better make sure you agree to everything the contract states, because once you put your John Henry on the line or in the box, good luck coming up with an excuse of why you should not be held to that contract. You can't use the excuse, "I didn't read it" or "I didn't understand it". A judge would need a lot more reason than that to excuse you from the contract.

are the direct result of Management's Integrity.

If there is something that seems not quite fair to you in the PPs, why are you signing it?

Once you put your John Henry on the dotted line or the check box, you are now under "contract law".
