Building your Business
You bought the "kit" now what?
Learning to be a Distributor
What's next after you sign on the dotted line?
Well your upline will tell you to start making a list of all the people you know. Your family and friends, the people at work, church, where ever you go. Then when you run out of friends and ideas, they suggest going through the phone book, going through every category and raking your brain to see if you might just remember someone there.
When that does not work, they then have you buy leads and you go from there. Spend lots of money on stuff that does not work.
You are in a Network Marketing Business so now you need customers and you need to recruit more MLM Distribtors. They will tell you that is where the "money is".
But what do you do when that does not work, and you are in debt and have not made a sale or found anyone interested in your MLM company? If you continue to do what you are doing, you will continue to get what you have got. NOTHING.
Then you will quit and feel like a fool, everyone told you it was a waste of time, a scam, those things don't work.
Well what if I told you they do work, they are not a waste of time and you can build a business. The catch here is that you have a lot to learn.
First you need to find a MLM company that has what is called the 5 pillars. You need to learn about Policies and Procedures (P&Ps).
You need to learn how to deal with people and you need to realize that it is not about the products your company has to offer.
I promise you this, if it is an MLM company, you can bet your bottom dollar the products are good. So that goes without saying. The products are important, but not as far as building a business.
You need to know that it is about building relationships and trust with people.
You also need to know something very important, It is not your fault that you are failing. Please let that sink in, I know it is a bit hard to accept, but it is true.
You also need to learn how to promote your MLM Company so that people call you. So how do you do that? Good Question.
