Free way to send business to your website
Cheap is good, free is better. You have a website, now what. It just sits there until you find a way to get traffic to it. I'm trying to show you ways to do that without maxing out your cards.
Marketing on the internet
First of all, don't advertise in help wanted. Your phone will ring off the hook with people who want to be paid by the hour with benefits. Never advertise in your local paper. Advertise in your local Penny Saver. Look for "business opportunities," not "help wanted."
Pros advertise for leaders. Leaders will sponsor people and build a business. Find a publication leaders read.
1. Most important. Target your prospects.
Use the right media. This is more important than the wording of the ad. Look for the smaller local papers in your area. For health products, go to health food stores. Look at the publications they have. Look for similar types of ads to what you want to run. There's a reason. People run ads that are effective for their market. Look at national media and run ads for distributors under business opportunities.

Join groups and post to groups. Post your information there. Use a signature file.

2. Write a good headline.
This is what gets you attention or doesn't. Make a claim and prove it. People expect to be BS'ed. You have to prove your claim. EX. "A because B". The word because makes it appear to be logical. If A than B. The logic statement offers proof.
Compelling reason why your product is superior to other solutions your prospect might choose including doing nothing
Compelling reason to believe that what you say is true
Compelling reason to seize the opportunity today
3. Write good ad copy
Good sub-head
Prove whatever claim you are making.

Be bold and get out there on that limb. Make an impact on people. People don't care about the features of your product. They want to know what it will do for them. They want:
Greater cleanliness
Better health
Be able to attract the opposite sex
Avoid criticism
Avoid effort
Avoid trouble
Be individual
In style
Comfort
Able to protect possessions
Curiosity
Desire to belong
Desire to Collect
Emulate others
Escape physical pain
Exclusivity- rarity -uniqueness
My loss- your gain
Have and hold beautiful possessions
Safety in buying something else
Increase enjoyment
Make money
Make work easier
Achieve popularity
Receive praise
Protect family
Protect reputation
Satisfy appetite
Save money
Take advantage of opportunity
Buy magazines and read ads to understand what these people want. Look at the products being advertised. You need to find ads that are similar to what you have to offer.
5. Great response package.
Get back on the phone. Build relationships. Build "know, like, and trust." Tell them up front what you want. Commit 4-5 hours a week. Be on training calls. Be specific. Tell them exactly what you want them to do.
6. Understand the power of testing. Most ads don't work.
Get it out there to the public. Run the ad. Everything you do is a test. Make notes. Keep records. Test in local penny savers.

- Excellent information about ways to advertise. Most people do not have the money to pay big buck to advertise so no cost to low cost is the way to go.
