BS baffles brains - that's a fact of life. Unless - you are a critical thinker.

You also acknowledged that you understood your compensation plan.

And in fairness, at that moment, you thought you did. Until everybody who explained it to you, went away, and you had to explain it to your spouse. Now it just didn't seem so straight forward anymore.

What's that you say? You understand your comp plan? Congratulations! You are in the top percentile of network marketers. You deserve a prize.

It's fantastic that you understand - exactly how many people you need to bring in to your business, in order to make your income target. That's great! Give yourself a pat on the back.

Well, don't feel bad. Most MLM'rs don't know this. They may think they do, but, they also don't know why they cannot out-recruit their attrition. This unknown number is a huge factor if you are trying to recruit faster than your recruits leave.

MLM is not a numbers business it's a people business, but...

This Number Matters!

This number will determine how hard you'll work, AND, the level of success you and your team will experience, or IF success is even possible.
Knowing it will explain a lot of your frustrations. It may not make you happy, but, if you're struggling, you're not happy anyway.

Don't be discouraged. It will serve you well to know the number for your compensation plan, or any other plan you might be considering. Yours might be the best one.
