Mentored Learning(TM) blends traditional instructor-led and online training methods into a powerful and flexible training solution for individuals and companies. Hundreds of courses and certification tracks are included in the Mentored Learning course list, including Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, and Novell courses.
Mentored Learning allows students to take any of the available courses at their convenience, and at their own pace. Using a combination of lecture, labs, and instructor one-on-one mentoring, students are immersed in a robust learning environment that is focused on ensuring success.

What's it like?
A student begins his experience in a Mentored Learning class with knowledge assessment. By determining the student's strengths and weaknesses in different knowledge areas, the mentor can then develop a training plan that meets the exact needs for that student.
The comprehensive training that follows the assessment includes multimedia presentations, labs, vendor-authorized courseware and a one-on-one coaching relationship with the mentor. These resources are utilized at the student's own pace.
The lab environment allows the student to work through courseware-provided labs as well as custom, real-world scenarios. These labs are student-specific, allowing their progress to be maintained through multiple sessions.
At the completion of the course, the student may choose to complete a post-training assessment. This will help the student gauge return on investment and productivity enhancement.
