Made in America Toys
If there was not enough reasons for Americans to buy American made products, the recent headlines of hazardous toys from China is yet another reason. In one case, Mattel recalled about 9 million Chinese made toys including Barbie, Polly Pocket and "Cars" movie items. In other news over one and a half million Fisher Price infant toys were recalled worldwide as a result of lead paint hazards. The popular Aqua Dots were another recent recall from China. These were coated with a dangerous chemical that converts into an illegal "date rape" drug when swallowed.

- Great idea for a lens. Almost every toy that I ship from my eBay store is made in China. I am sure that parents out there are looking for safe alternatives.
I have read that the problems in China are going to help some of the ailing European toy manufacturers who make quality toys.
