Magic Reindeer Food

What you'll need:

1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup oatmeal
red or green sugar crystals (used for decorating cakes & cookies)

Note: Some recipes call for glitter but it is safer to omit the glitter so it won't harm any animals that may eat the food.

Option 1:
Mix together and put in bag. I use the small decorated paper Christmas bags. You can use a sandwich bag if you need to.

Option 2:
Use a small jar (baby food jars work fine) and layer the ingredients.

Sprinkle on the lawn at night
The moon will make it sparkle bright
As Santa's reindeer fly and roam
This will guide them to your home.
