The Magnetic Diet - Discover How To Use Food Magnetism To Lose Weight And Improve Your Health

Hi everyone, This lens is dedicated to the Magnetic Diet, a diet which is based on the concept of Food Magnetism. If you've never heard of Food Magnetism, don't worry. I explain it in detail further below on this webpage.

The Magnetic Diet was created by Nick Smith, a diet and fitness expert and is the result of over 10 years of research. I believe it's one of the most complete diets which I've ever encountered. If you want to lose weight, or tone up any part of your body, I suggest you read this webpage carefully. The Magnetic Diet may be for you.

The Magnetic Diet - What Makes This Diet Different From Other Diets 

Let me start by saying that I don't think the Magnetic Diet is perfect. For instance, I would've preferred if it had more information on how to work the biceps and shoulders.

Having said that, the Magnetic Diet does have certain aspects which I have never seen in any other diet:

  1. It teaches you Food Magnetism, and the difference between Invigorating Magnetism and Contaminating Magnetism

  2. It teaches you how to control your appetite and never have food cravings again

  3. It teaches you how to lower your stress levels, and because stress is one of the main factors of weight gain, it's easier to lose weight

  4. It teaches you how to control the RAS center in your brain which will help with the mental process of losing fat and getting the body you want

I'll explain each of these 4 aspects further down this page.

The Magnetic Diet does all that besides teaching you effective exercise routines to tone and firm your body and dieting guidelines which boost your metabolism and help you burn fat faster.

That's what makes it unique among diets.

Food Magnetism | Invigorating Vs. Contaminating Magnetism 

How Does This Affect Your Body

Food Magnetism determines that each type of food that you eat has either Invigorating Magnetism in the sense that it attracts health, or Contaminating Magnetism in the sense that it attracts illness.

Basically, foods which contain a great deal of certain vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and other healthy nutrients are Invigorating, while foods which contain high levels of white flour, processed sugar, bad cholesterol, trans fats, and other unhealthy elements are Contaminating.

But eating specific foods isn't enough. To improve your Food Magnetism ratio, you need to know how to combine foods together in order to further boost your magnetism. That's where the Magnetic Diet comes into play. It can teach you how to create the best combinations.

The more invigorating your Food Magnetism level is, the healthier you are, the faster you lose weight, and the better you feel, for it was found that food has the ability to influence your state of mind. The wrong food (contaminating food) can enhance the risk of depression, fatigue, and unhappiness.

Looking at your food through the spectrum of Food Magnetism is really like looking at it for the first time.

How To Control Your Appetite And Eliminate Cravings 

The Magnetic Diet places great emphasis on learning to control your appetite and eliminate food cravings. This is due to the fact that one of the most dangerous thing to any diet is an uncontrolled craving. A single instance of Binge Eating can set you back a long way, physically and mentally. For the life of me, I can't imagine why other diets don't deal with this problem, but this diet does.

The Magnetic Diet teaches you Pranayama, an ancient eastern practice which is made up of a series of breath exercises which have several positive effect on the body: reducing stress, improving bodily functions, alleviating asthma, and most importantly: the help you control craving.

How Stress Causes More Fat 

Stress is the No. 1 cause of belly fat. When we're experiencing stress, we release a hormone called Cortisol. This hormone causes more fat to appear, especially on the belly and waist.

The The Magnetic Diet includes audio files of special meditation which can help you reduce stress and create a feeling of calm and well being. By doing so, we reduce the production of Cortisol, and prevent the accumulation of the belly fat it creates.

This is what I meant when I said that the The Magnetic Diet touches upon the physical and mental aspects of the weight loss process.

How To Control The RAS Center In Your Brain 

The Magnetic Diet will teach you how to control the RAS (reticular activating system).

The RAS is the part of the brain in charge of arousal and motivation. With the Magnetic Diet you will learn how to reprogam the RAS so it can actually initiate and assist in physical changes you want to achieve such as losing weight or toning a certain part of your body.

This is another aspect in which the Magnetic Diet works on the mental aspect of weight loss.

Final Note 

The Magnetic Diet isn't perfect, but it holds great value which no other diet I've ever encountered has.

If you believe that dieting is both a mental process as well as a physical one, the Magnetic Diet is definitely worth a try.
