The Beach Cities ... A Great Place to Live

The South Bay Beach Cities are a wonderful place to live. Each community has an identity that is all its own.  Whether you choose Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo BeachEl Segundo, you will find that each city has unique qualities that separate our communities from other beach cities in the area.  Santa Monica, Venice and Malibu are very different from our local beach towns. The South Bay is beach casual compared to Santa Monica and Venice which have more of a Westside feel.  Malibu has a more secluded atmosphere then our beach cities.

The beaches along the coast from El Segundo to South Redondo are some of the most beautiful in California.  You can ride your bike or take a leisurely stroll along The Strand from Manhattan Beach to the cliffs of Palos Verdes with stops for breakfast, lunch or dinner along the way.

Each beach town has its own downtown area with coffee shops, great restaurants, quaint gift shops and speciality stores. You won't want to miss checking out each city.

Every town has its own school district.  These schools are some of the best in California with teachers and parents working together on all aspects of education. The High School in El Segundo is a favorite of film makers for its stunning architecture.

Real estate along the water is very expensive.  Homes vary in size from huge new homes to small beach cottages and condos.  We have a variety of home styles and prices depending on how close to the water you are located.  Manhattan Beach is the most expensive but Hermosa is catching up. El Segundo is an adorable little town that is priced between Manhattan and South Redondo.  North Redondo is the most affordable of the beach towns.

So why don't you take a TOUR with me and see what our local Beach Cities have to offer...
