Manipal
Manipal is a University town located on the rocky plateau off the Malabar Coast of south west India, about 8 km from the Arabian Sea. From its location on a plateau, it commands a stunning view of the Arabian Sea to the west and the Western Ghats range to the east.
It is 3 km from Udupi, the temple city, famous for its Krishna Temple and 60 km from Mangalore.
Manipal is home to Kasturba Medical College, Manipal Institute of Technology, TA Pai Management Institute and Syndicate Bank.
