Read Testimonials!!!!!!

"Turmeric like antibiotics works on the blood and in the body to remove the infection. There are some very powerful antibiotics and I have been on a few that do kill these infections within the body along with the good bacteria as well. I do not know if turmeric kills these good bacteria. The best way that I have found for managing my MRSA outbreaks is antibiotic ointment over the counter is perfectly fine. Put some of this on a qtip and rub in your nostrils once or twice a day. I stayed boil free for 18 months doing this and stopped for a couple of months due to surgery and in that time I had another outbreak. I have since started this again and remain boil free."

11/13/2007: Asha from Oklahoma City, OK writes: "... As far as MRSA goes, I wouldn't be surprised if the boils were MRSA. I have worked in hospitals for a few years now, and the scary truth is EVERY hospital of any size has a patient with MRSA at least once a month. They expect it, and really don't do much to keep others from walking into these patients rooms without gowning-up, masks, gloves, etc. The only way I know that a patient has MRSA is if I happen to see it in their chart, or if they have parked a gown cart outside the patient's room. Bottom line: Don't go to a hospital if you don't want to be exposed to MRSA. If you have a friend or relative that works in a hospital or other health care setting, know that they are more than likely carriers of MRSA."

07/21/2008: Jennifer (LJ6981@hotmail.com) from east haven, CT writes: "I gave birth to my son in 1/2007 and contracted mrsa in my blood and almost died. My son also contracted mrsa a few days after his birth on his skin. My son and I were in the hospital for a month after his birth. I ended up getting 5 additional surgeries to the c-section. I was on a wound vac and vanco and batriband, minocyclin, batrim...I tried so many drugs and never felt right and the mrsa would always come back, I was on antibiotics and IV's for 7 months and nothing worked. I was getting so frustrated!

Then, I started looking at natural cures and tried many. Finally, I found something that worked. Turmeric!! I took my tablets daily and I saw the changes the follwing day!!"

08/31/2008: Candace from Charlotte, North Carolina writes: "I came across this site about 3 months ago when I was desparately looking for a cure for the recurring MRSA boils I was encountering. I was first diagnoised with MRSA in November 2007. I had two boils on my each side of my bum. I had to them lanced and packed... I was not able to remove the core, soooo painful!! Then two weeks later I got another boil on the back of my thigh. I used Ithmacal to bring it to a head but never got the core out. I had two more bouts with this stuff. I used the Turmeric powder remedy mixed with honey as a drink 1st. I then purchased the 450mg capsules. I have not had any other boils come up since the 1st of May. So, I hope that this remedy will be helpful to someone! I am taking the turmeric capsules...good luck!!"
------------------------------------------------------

08/18/2008: Matt from Rochester, NY writes: "I have been dealing with MRSA since last fall and have been on four different antibiotics since then. While I take the meds, the boils go away, but as soon as the meds are gone, the boils return. I began taking tumeric this past Saturday and what a wonder! The three boils I have are nearly gone, and no new ones have shown their ugly faces. Tumeric may not be a cure for MRSA, but apparently, neither are antibiotics. If Tumeric will keep the boils away, it's well worth it!"

Manuka Honey..Mrsa Cure

What And Why Manuka?

What Is Manuka?

Bees gather manuka from the nectar of the flowers of the manuka bush (Leptospermum scoparium) which is a native plant of New Zealand.
The manuka bush grows wild on undeveloped, unspoilt and regenerating land, and is commonly found throughout the country.

What Is UMF?

UMF is the name of a very beneficial antibacterial property found in some strains of manuka honey. (UMF is not in all manuka honey.)
UMF indicates the honey has a high antibacterial component which is necessary to cure all signs of mrsa infection.
UMF is a guarantee and measure of the antibacterial potency of honey.
UMF Manuka Honey (UMF10 is minimum level) has enhanced antibacterial potency giving it special healing qualities to all symptoms of mrsa.
UMF Manuka Honey is the preferred honey when selecting honey for special therapeutic uses.
UMF is an industry registered name, trademark, standard indicating antibacterial quality
The UMF standard is the only standard worldwide identifying and measuring the antibacterial strength of honey.

The UMF Rating

The name UMF or Unique Manuka Factor, is followed by a number indicating the strength of the UMF property after the honey has been packed in New Zealand. A UMF rating of 10 is the minimum.

The UMF Standard is an industry registered standard indicating which honey has the special UMF property.
The name UMF on the front label guarantees the honey has this special property.

Studies are showing UMF Manuka Honey with high levels of UMF could be very effective in helping relieve stomach ulcer symptoms and gastritis, and when applied topically, in assisting the natural healing of skin ulcers, wounds, burns, boils, cracked skin and MRSA and all of symptoms of the mrsa virus.
The fact that it cures MRSA has encouraged hive owners to look for the colonies with the most active antibiotics in thier honey. When found they are segregated and bred to increase the potency.

This of course, has led the New Zealand honey to be in high demand.

Manuka Products

The Best Manuka Products For MRSA

Manuka Honey Active - 250gm

One of the world's most sought after honeys, Active Manuka Honey has anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties as well as antioxidants and balanced vitamins and minerals essential to health and wellbeing.

Active Manuka honey will halt the growth of mrsa bacteria or other staph infections but does not carry the UMF® tested certification, and therefore can not be expected to perform as effectively as the UMF® 15+ Manuka Honey in controlling bacterial infection. This is great when used as a dietary supplement taken 3 times per day to fortify against and exposure to a possible Mrsa infection

Active Manuka honey comes from the same sources as the highly acclaimed Active Manuka UMF® honey, but for various reasons such as the time of harvesting by the bees, does not carry sufficient Unique Manuka Factor to qualify for UMF® certification.

Although Active Manuka Honey does not carry UMF® certification, (set at a minimum level of 10+), its level of Unique Manuka Factor frequently exceeds 5+ .

Active Manuka Honey can still be very effective for stomach upsets and sore throats by controlling harmful bacteria, stimulating the immune system and helping to prevent dehydration

100% Manuka oil - 10ml

100% Manuka oil - 10ml

East Cape Manuka (Leptospermum scoparium) oil has been proven in scientific studies to be the most effective of all Manuka and Tea Tree oils in controlling a broad spectrum of gram positive bacteria, fungi and external parasites.

Manuka oil is produced by steam distillation of leaf material from plants grown in the wild in the remote East Cape region of New Zealand. The plants are not sprayed with chemicals or stimulated by artificial fertilizers, and are not subjected to industrial pollution.

Anti-microbial effectiveness is due to Triketone compound levels of East Cape Manuka plants which are four to five times higher than have been found in the oils of Manuka plants collected from other N.Z. locations, and up to 30 times more effective against gram positive bacteria than Australian Tea Tree oils.

100% pure Manuka oil has been shown through practical use to be very compatible with most skin types, we also sell diluted forms of this oil for people who may have especially sensitive skin.

We highly recommend Pure East Cape Manuka oil for all forms of bacterial and fungal skin infections including Acne, Eczema, Dermatitis, Athlete's foot (Tinea), and Ringworm, it is also effective against parasites lice and scabies.

Article - How To Cure MRSA

MRSA.stands for methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus is a bacterial infection resistant to antibiotic methicillin. Staphylococcus aureus, sometimes referred to simply as "staph," or "staph A" is commonly found on healthy peoples' skin. If the bacteria gets into the body it causes minor infections like boils or pimples while serious infections such as pneumonia or blood infections.

The most common antibiotic used is methicillin. Though it is very effective on most staph infections, some have developed a resistance to it and are no longer affected by it. The resistant bacteria are called methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus or MRSA.
What are the symptoms?

The symptoms are no different from the other types of Staph bacteria. The skin appears red and inflamed around wound sites. Serious cases may include fever, lethargy, and headache. MRSA. also causes urinary tract infections, pneumonia, toxic shock syndrome, and even death.

How long do MRSA. infections last?

Healthy people carry the bacteria in their nose or skin for weeks or even years. Some can sometimes effectively remove MRSA. from their bodies even without treatment, however, the bacteria can return, if the individual undergoes antibiotic therapy.

Are there other antibiotics?

Yes. While it is resistant to many antibiotics and can be difficult to treat, some antibiotics can cure MRSA.infections. However here is the problem. How long will it be before this cunning bacteria work its way around these other antibiotics?

How to cure or prevent MRSA?

Did you know that taking 1000 to 3000 mg per day of vitamin C is a great aid to wound healing? This water soluble vitamin/antioxidant cannot be stored by the body, therefore it needs to be continuously replenished through our diet. There are other natural "from the kitchen remedies" that can be used as well for the cure and prevention of
MRSA.

I am prone to cellulitis and get the occasional boil. I use a cotton ball soaked with White Flower Oil (obtained from a Chinese Herbal Store; I get the Hong Kong version which is stronger) and tape this soaked cotton ball to the boil. I leave it on day and night, refreshing the cotton ball with more white flower oil once a day. By the third day, it is usually gone for good! I once had cellulitis from a mosquito bite on my elbow. My elbow swelled up so badly that I could not even bend my arm. I placed whiteflower oil on a cotton ball, taped it on, and by the end of the week, the pain, swelling and redness had diminished and I was able to bend my arm again. Because that time I did not treat it immediately, it took a little while longer to treat, but by the next week, my arm was good as new. Try it... it works on boils really well.
