Mark Robert Michael Wahlberg, as he officially called, was born on June 5, 1971 in Dorchester, in the shadow of Boston. He is the youngest of 9 children up and Swedish roots. In 1982 his parents divorced and he enjoyed his training at the Copley Square High School. He graduated not off.

In youth he lived partly at the fringes of life, stole his parents used drugs and fighting was the order of the day. In his adolescence he stole from a pharmacy and even landed a half months in jail.

Wahlberg had several relationships, including the actresses Jordana Brewster and China Chow. Then he got a relationship with model Rhea Durham. Together they had a daughter on September 2, 2003 (2006) and a son (2008). They married on August 1, 2009 in Los Angeles.

By writing rapteksten he tried to write it himself. In 1989, he and his brother auditioned for New Kids on the Block and they were adopted. Mark left the group before but the success came.

He did record music under the name Marky Mark And The Funky Bunch, and he scored some stirreth (his brother produced the record). Some numbers:

Movies
His film career began in 1993 where he was in a TV movie called The Deputy, made its debut. A year later he made the Renaissance Man with Danny DeVito and one years after The Basketball Diaries with Leonardo DiCaprio.

In 1996 he made the thriller Fear, directed by James Foley in exchange players Rees Witherspoon, William Petersen, and Alyssa Milano. A number of successes followed including:

* Three Kings
* The Perfect Storm
* The Italian Job

Known to players as Charlize Theron, George Clooney. Donald Sutherland and Edward Norton was also part of this successful films.

In 2006 he made the successful film (cost 90 million U.S. dollars, revenues 290 million U.S. dollars) with known opponents The Departed Leonardo DiCaprio, Matt Damon, Jack Nicholson and Martin Sheen. The film was directed by none other Martin Scorsese and the producers was one of Brat Pitt.

The film that followed were less successful, such as Shooter, We Own the Night and The Happening. He is again working with several new projects and possibly there is just another wonderful film between before he wrote his name.
