Master Cleanse Recipe Ingredients
What are the Ingredients of The Master Cleanser
- Pure Filtered Water (No tap water because it's full of chemicals and toxins)
- Grade B Organic Maple Syrup, Formaldehyde free. Check the label to make sure that the maple syrup is Grade B, otherwise it's full of processed sugar
- Organic Cayenne Pepper
- Organic Lemons. You will use these to make lemon juice which has to be freshly squeezed
- Sea salt - Unrefined, (Not iodized) or Epsom Salt. Read the label to make sure the salt you buy is the right one
All these ingredients are cheap and available at any grocery store.
There are also a couple of optional ingredients:
- Laxative tea (For those who have a problem with salt or just want to diversify)
- Natural Herbal Tea (decaffeinated)

Lemonade and Maple Syrup Diet Set up
- 2 Tablespoons of organic lemon Juice (about 1/2 a Lemon)
- 2 Tablespoons of Organic grade B maple syrup
- 1/10 Teaspoon Cayenne pepper powder
- Ten ounces of filtered water
Here is a Master Cleanse recipe which is good for 1 day's worth of serving:
- 60 ounces of filtered water
- 12 Tablespoons of organic grade B maple syrup
- 12 Tablespoons of organic lemon juice
- 1/2 Teaspoon cayenne pepper powder
You can mix in teas with the Master Cleanse recipe to make things more tasty and interesting. Remember that this isn't a diet for your lifetime, only for a few days.

Master Cleanse Salt Water Flush
Drinking 1 teaspoon of unrefined non-iodized sea salt mixed with 25-35 ounces of water will flush out your system completely.

Hi everyone! I have been agonising over my weight for weeks now. I was listening to the raido and heard about the Lemon Detox. Im so broke right, I cant even afford lemons, but a friend of mine just gave me tonnes after a bout of flu... so I have stacks...
I am soooo bad at being disciplined... but I really want to lose weight. I am so tired of not being happy with my body... Im game to try, and I want to start tomoro. my target is to be coming off the diet my 3rd July.
My biggest concern is the hunger, and not being able to stick to it, and gaining more weight after I stop the diet, will that happen?
I need heaps of support! I dont want to tell anyone Im doing the diet because I dont want anyone to discourage me, Please help anyone... :)

well i woke up this morning my stomach was kinda of hurting but didnt really feel hungry i also drank the SWF then a hour later i drank the lemonade... i felt great today!!! some cravings but not many..i had to cook for my kids and husband and i did get kind of hungry but not really im trying to stick to this for all of the whole ten days!!! i have 2 vowel movements one in the morning and one 30 min after i drank the SWF.. so far i havent seen any results.. but i still dont want to weight myself until like day 5 or 6 so i can see a difference.. HOPEFULLY!

DAY 2:
well today is my second day on the master cleanse today in the morning i felt very weak and with a lot of cravings but i went and finally did the SWF.. it wasnt that bad as i tought... about 30 to 45 min later i finally started to have some very small vowel movements.. it was almost nothing though I've been feeling very very sleepy and definately hungry!!! my dad came home with pizza!! can u imagine how i felt? HORRIBLE! just the smell got me even more hungry! well i just drank my laxative tea and well we'll see tomorrow what happens. I'll be writting my results here
by the way its barely day 2 and i still dont feel any difference in my body i still dont feel like i lost any weight.. =(

Hi today is also my 1st day on the cleanse i used to weight 208 i started drinking teas and cutting down on the portions of my food my lowest weight was about 168 then when i stopped drinking the tea i gained 2 more pounds the tea is very expensive so i want to try this no to see if i could loose atleast 15 more pounds. I will keeping everyone posted on my progress!!!

Hi everyone, Today is my 1st day on the master cleanse diet. I didn't drink the sea salt water this morning so i dont know if it will work properly does anyone know?. I weight about 121 I'm only trying to loose weight from my stomach though because that's pretty much the only part were i gain the most weight. I also went to aerobics class today in the morning so i'm hoping that will help me more. Also i have a quetion can you drink pills to loose the exesive body water since i'll be drinking so much water?
we'll i'll be writting down my process and sharing it with you guys if anyones is interested. I will only be doing this for 10 days i don't want to be too thin neither.

Hi Christy, I'm a jogger. I think it's best to do this diet after your race. I started my diet over and am on the 3rd day now. This morning I am feeling a bit shaky. I do not jog when I'm on this diet. So I would advise you not to either. You'll probably pass out on the track!

I have one concern about detoxing. As a runner, I am concerned the diet will cause me to lose electrolites and carbs needed for the sport. I am scheduled to run a 5 mile race in two weeks and am scared I will be unable to run. I would like to detox for my overall health. Any advice from other runners who have detoxed?

I failed on my 6th day bc my bf came and he was eating instant noodle and I love instant noodle. So I cracked and gave in. So I ate all I wanted yesterday; cookies, went to Olive Garden for brunch. And today I start all over on day one. I wasn't even hungry today bc I had so much food yesterday and Saturday. I just had my first drink of lemon juice. I gained back 2 lbs from eating during this wkend. But I bet it's just bc I didn't digest it all yet. This is now my third try on this diet. Third time's charm.. So hopefully I'll make it to the very end of wk 2. I NEED to lose weight bc summer is arriving.

Today is my 5th day of the diet! Day 2 and 3 was very hard bc I wanted to eat very much. But I kept in my mind that "I will eat again. this diet is not forever!" And it worked. I didn't cheat. I'm planning to stay on this diet for 9 more days, so total of 2 wks. I was 105 and today before consuming anything, I was 99. But it all comes back after I start drinking the juice again. I already have it planned so that I get off the diet safely without gaining weight. But I've never done it before. I'll drink oj, and soup first wk. then slowly week by week, I add more solid veggies then fruits then carbs then a little meat. But has anyone really slowly went off the diet and not gain the weight back? That would be the most horrible thing for me to suffer 2 wks and then gain it all back!

I am going to start the Master Cleanse tomorrow. i tried this one ime before but I was so hungry and felt really faint so I did not stick to it. i think if I knew a list of foods that acceptable to eat on this diet I could be ok. My friend did it and she lost so much weight with in a month's time. She looks amazing and her skin is clearer than ever.
