This lens is about what it takes to create an upward spiral in your life with a heavy dose of the Law of Attraction inspired by Abraham Hicks, who's work I now have enjoyed for a number of years.
My hope is that if you are new to all this, this lens will move you to investigate further and to seek out what's true and right for your life. To hold the courage to follow your dreams and know you really can have all you desire. To learn about your emotional guidance system. To explore the power of letting go of stress and strain in your life by simply relaxing. To know the power of deciding to focus on the good things in life instead of the bad. To know the power of focussing on what things are working instead of what isn't.

I was never a great believer in affirmations, especially not the ones set in the present tense such as: "I am now rich", "I am a millionaire" etc. So when I first started watching this video the still, quiet voice inside me could hardly be heard.
Now, however, I've been making it a habit to watch this video on a daily basis and the messages in it are begining to feel more like "my truth".
Anyway, check it out for yourself. Watch it everyday for the next week or so and see how you feel.

Upstream or Downstream - the choice is yours!
I've worked my way through this book and I have to say it is full of sage advice and easy to follow. Again they build on the analogy of the stream and emphasize the importance of just finding "relief"; you know, when you're fighting against life, like running to stand still - well, just read this and see why it's futile!
There's also a CD that comes with this book, and it's just about the best thing I've ever heard.
I challenge you to read this book and listen to the CD and remain the same - it's impossible!
