A Medical Alert System comes with:

** Base Medical Alert Module - This is a two way speakerphone that plugs into a standard phone jack. This unit has a large "Emergency" button on it.

** Medical Alert Button - users will have a waterproof pendant to wear around their neck, and/or a wrist-watch style button. In the event of an emergency, simply press the button and the base unit contacts the emergency monitoring center.

** Optional Lock Box to allow emergency personnel access to a key to enter the home.

** Trained Emergency monitoring personnel available 24/7/365.

Your custom designed Medical Home Alert Kit is delivered to your home with everything needed for the simple 5 minute self install. Each kit includes a base unit, a waterproof emergency button with wrist, clip-on and traditional pendant options as standard.

Press the medical home alert button and a distress signal is sent, over your existing phone line, to the UL approved medical monitoring center. This signal opens up the line of communication between the monitoring center and your home.

When the high speed (2-way) connection is complete you'll hear the reassuring voice of a professional monitoring team member. We immediately check on your status and, in the event of an emergency, dispatch your local EMS. Again, if needed, we'll contact key holders/loved ones.

This required contact and medical information is kept strictly private and collected prior to activation.
