    Hi Sema,
What an amazing page! Love the layout but especially the content! Pema Chodron, Thich Nhat Hanh and several others of my favorites. Who do you think is the best contemporary spiritual teacher? Vote for them on my lens and check out the spiritual book reviews I've posted!
As for your question, I meditate daily again after a lapse where I struggled with resistance to meditation. Now, I am even going to be teaching a meditation class at a yoga studio - they heard about me through word-of-mouth! I am not feeling totally prepared but will give it a go and see where it takes me.
My favorite meditation is mindfulness, but if I'm very scattered I'll use concentration on the breath or belly center. If my mind is particularly settled, I'll let go further from mindfulness into "just being", open awareness without labels.
Sema please keep up this great page and your practice!
    Greetings, Willem

You have a visually beautiful lens here...and I very much enjoyed the information as well.
Very interesting...all of the different aspects of meditation.
Yes, I've tried three different meditation classes, as well as "trying" on my own.
My problem is too much choice and which to choose of the "hows", so I end up not choosing any method in the end.
Obviously, my penchant for worrying gets the better of me :)
    Five starts and well done!

    Thank you,wilddove6, for the appreciation.
Do Whaterver method of meditation you are comfortable with regularly and you will surely get over your worrying habit.

Very nice lens on Meditation. This is quite a lens for only 7 days of the program - very curious to see what the rest will be.
