    I used to be a cutter and I agree with everything you wrote. At first, it helps you feel better immediately and the effect lasts for a while. But soon it only helps for a few seconds before you have to cut again. It's just a bad road to be on. Great lens.

    I'm so glad to see BPD on here! It definitely needs more recognition and people need to be more aware of it.

    Sadly there are still people who feel that any thing dealing with mental health, such as depression can easily be overcome by just "getting over it" or doing things that will occupy your time and mind. They don't realize that these are serious issues that must be dealt with professional help.
