One simply needs to edit a master template to quickly apply layout and design changes to several pages linked to it.
Provide Extensible and Dynamic Pages with XML
XSLT lets you create dynamic, interactive, data-driven web pages. This means users can create and edit content of these webpages using the industry-standard eXtesible Markup Language (XML). A great application of this would be weblogs, news sites, and more.
