Miley Cyrus is Hannah Montana
I'm sure you've heard of Hannah Montana by now. She is the newest idol of young girls in the United States and around the world.
If, for some reason, you aren't familiar with her, Hannah is a character played by the talented Miley Cyrus, daughter of Billy Ray Cyrus. She is a teen pop star who lives a double life as Miley Stewart, the regular girl next door, and Hannah Montana, the entertainer who comes out of her shell on stage.
The show is a staple of the Disney Channel and can be seen 7 days a week at various times. Hannah also makes guest appearances on several other Disney Channel shows.

Miley & Billy Ray have signed on for a third season of Hannah Montana!
Disney-Hyperion Book Group has announced that Miley will release an autobiography. She will talk about her life in Tennessee and Los Angeles, her fame, and the importance of her family. The book should hit shelves in Spring 2009.
Miley is in People Magazine's 100 Most Beautiful People issue. She is among The New Classics: The fab faces of 2008 [who] put a twist on tradition.
The Hannah Montana movie is currently being filmed in Nashville Tennessee.
Miley's new album Breakout will be released on July 22nd.
Miley will be hosting the Teen Choice Awards on FOX on August 3rd.

Mini Star Cakes
I was looking around trying to find an idea for the birthday cake. I was thinking guitar, microphone, flower, star...something had to jump out at me though. I found a mini stars cake pan and thought it would be perfect. Hannah Montana is a "star" and each child could have their own mini cake. That would mean not having to deal with cutting a cake during the party. Bonus!I used two different cake batters and frosted a total of 24 mini star cakes. I used 4 colors of frosting to coordinate with the theme colors, white, pink, blue and purple, and bought matching cake glitter to sprinkle on top.
