- I began learning about mind fitness through a psychology degree that I completed in 2007. I then worked in research collecting and analysing data. After moving countries to the UK from Australia I discovered a whole new world of performance sciences. I worked for a peak performance specialist who specialised in mind fitness for race car drivers. Looking at how to apply different areas of research from the highly scientific like neuroplasticity, neuroscience and sport and performance psychology to the more alternative like hypnosis and NLP has become my burning passion. I hope this page has peeled back a little of the curtain and made you a little excited about training the brain and keeping it fit!
