Your goal should be a thirty minute workout 3-5 times a week. You can break it up into three 10 minute sessions, two 15 minute sessions or do the entire 30 minute workout in one session. The key is to make it easy to fit into your lifestyle so you continue to do it on a regular basis.

Below is a 10 minute routine - repeat this workout three times for a total of 30 minutes.

WARM UP (and cool down)

With your feet about 8 inches apart - start gently bouncing - keep your feet on the mat.

This slow bounce with your feet remaining on the mat will effectively start your lymph fluid moving which will flush out the toxins and waste. Many people do this slow bounce for about five minutes several different times during the day to eliminate toxins from their system.

HIGH BOUNCE

AEROBIC BOUNCE

ABDOMINAL EXERCISES
